Mercy Health is seeking a Lead Tech Supply Chain to maintain inventory, coordinate replenishment, and mentor staff at the site. You will manage stock locations, rotate inventory, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with safety and Joint Commission standards.

You will lead cycle counts, design replenishment processes, and transport medical equipment and supplies between departments, while onboarding new associates and supporting a collaborative team environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in inventory management or supply chain function or Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of experience in medical supply chain operations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintains inventory and orderliness of assigned medical supply stock locations.
• Replenishes and maintains inventory in perpetual inventory locations; monitors stock usage and par levels.
• Resolves inventory discrepancies; ensures OSHA and Joint Commission standards.
• Transports equipment, supplies, and mail to various locations.
• Onboards new associates and mentors less experienced associates.
• Leads stock inventories, cycle counts, and delivery route assignments.
