Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated Tech Supply Chain Associate to maintain inventory, stock locations, and moveable medical equipment across the site. You will build replenishment orders, deliver supplies, and participate in cycle counts to ensure accuracy and readiness of critical care carts.

You will work in a hospital setting, require a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate strong data entry, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; College experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and inventory management skills.
• Ability to follow safety and infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory and orderliness of assigned medical supply stock locations.
• Ensures stock is within expiration dates and rotates stock; monitors stock usage rates.
• Replenishes perpetual inventory locations; notifies when inventory levels are inadequate.
• Retrieves, cleans, stores, and delivers moveable medical equipment – returning it to ready-for-use staging.
• Participates in cycle counts and periodic inventories as directed by Supervisor.
• Reconstitutes critical care and specialty carts and trays, ensuring contents are within expiration dates.
• Transports equipment, supplies, specimens, and mail to various locations based on customer needs.
• Transports medical gases safely between storage locations, maintains medical gas inventories.
