Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages specialized medical supply par locations, inventories, and implants; designs new par locations and adjusts items.
• Manages inventory turns, excess, stock rotation and expiration date management.
• Oversees consignment inventory programs and documentation.
• Submits purchase and bill-only requisitions in line with policies.
• Tracks PO statuses and resolves inventory item issues.
• Handles backorders and stockouts and informs department leaders.
• Arranges expediting transportation to support patient care.
• Investigates recalls and maintains recall records.
• Leads or participates in continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Onboards and trains new associates on ERP and supply chain processes.
