Job summary

The role emphasizes par level management, Kanban visuals, and timely ordering using the SCIS system.

You will liaise with departments, monitor stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and support continuous improvement in supply chain processes at the Logan campus.

Qualifications

• Six months of related Materials Management experience.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for word processing, spreadsheets, email.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and dependability.
• Ability to visually inspect shipments and use handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control for stock and non-stock items for assigned units.
• Keep supplies organized, bin items, and manage par levels.
• Order and deliver supplies using hospital systems and suppliers.
• Communicate supply levels and new products to staff; troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor Par Location Management, PIRS Replenishment, and Kanban visuals.
• Review reports and reconcile discrepancies; ensure regulatory compliance.
