Qualifications

• Six months of related Materials Management experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with healthcare supplies.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and dependability.
• Ability to operate handling equipment and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control on stock and non-stock items and set par levels.
• Keep supplies binned and organized; act as liaison between Supply Chain and the department.
• Order and deliver supplies using appropriate systems and suppliers.
• Communicate about supply levels, new products, standardization, and implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues and reconcile quantity on hand; monitor discrepancies.
• Maintain Par Location Management, PIRS Replenishment, Kanban visuals, and labeling.
• Use SCIS to manage distribution, receiving, and reports; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly reports for assigned locations.
