Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to multitask & prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & plan staff schedules, taking staff needs into consideration.
• Coordinating all staffing requirements in the Facility and Clinics.
• Patiently deal with last minute changes in scheduling.
• Deal with staff call-outs appropriately by following proper protocol.
• Assist with recruitment needs by advising HR of open positions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor.
