Job summary

Elderwood Staffing Solutions, based in Western New York, seeks a Clinical Staffing Specialist to lead staff scheduling and optimize the master staffing plan across facilities. You will coordinate with ESS and Agency Program Manager, maintain Kronos scheduling, and ensure adherence to budgeted guidelines while keeping residents and staff well-supported.

Qualifications

• Associates degree minimum; Bachelor's preferred.
• Six years of related experience in staffing/scheduling or operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience with Kronos scheduling platform.
• Must read/write/speak English at intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point person and lead for scheduling staff.
• Use the master staffing schedule extensively to fill vacancies.
• Distribute open needs to staff weekly and as requested.
• Review monthly hours in Kronos to ensure minimum monthly requirements.
• Prepare daily staffing sheets with continuous revisions.
• Maintain logs of assignments and clearances for staff.
• Coordinate with ESS & Agency Program Manager to ensure staffing alignment.
