Montefiore Hudson Valley Collaborative is seeking a Medical Site Auditor/Credentialing Coordinator in Yonkers, NY. The role focuses on preparing, reviewing and maintaining credentialing files for appointment and reappointment across a large multi- facility network.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of medical staff privileging experience, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of regulatory requirements (TJC, NCQA, federal, state, city).

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review and maintain credentialing files for appointment and reappointment across Montefiore Health System's multi-facility network.
• Process applications in alignment with Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and Credentialing Policy.
• Promote effective communication and positive working relationships between facility administration and Medical Staff.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all information meets or is in compliance with TJC, NCQA, federal, state, and city regulatory requirements when processing applications as well as the Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Credentialing Policy and other related polices. The candidate should be highly motivated and have an impeccable attention to detail and accuracy as well as promote and enhance good communication and positive working relationships between facility administration and the Medical Staff. We are looking for candidates that have direct experience in privileging physician and mid-level providers with a minimum of 1 year of experience in medical staff privileging required. Experience with ECHO software is highly desired. HS Degree or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
