Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and maintain credentialing files for appointments and reappointments for Montefiore Health System's multi facility network, including IPAs.
• Ensure information meets regulatory requirements (TJC, NCQA, federal, state, city) and Medical Staff Bylaws.
