Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, assigns, and evaluates Medical Staff Office support staff.
• Oversees credentialing, reappointment, and temporary authorization processes for Medical Staff and Allied Health Professional Staff.
• Reviews and interprets regulatory requirements and accreditation standards; drafts conforming language for bylaws, policies, rules, and regulations.
• Monitors licensure, certification, continuing education, and other credentialing requirements.
• Provides administrative support to the Executive Committee, Credentials Committee, and other Medical Staff committees.
• Coordinates proctoring and performance review data collection, tracking, and reporting.
• Prepares Board of Supervisors agenda items, performance reports, and budget requests.

Education

Associate's Degree in Medical Staff Services Management or related healthcare field
