Qualifications

• Three years credentialing experience preferred.

• Strong documentation and data-management skills.

• Perform primary source verification and data checks with data banks and licensing agencies.
• Manage monthly re-credentialing for network facilities and prepare committee materials.
• Maintain credentialing files and sensitive data with confidentiality.
