Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent in business/healthcare
• Minimum 2+ years administrative support in healthcare
• Experience with credentialing processes or medical staff bylaws is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Knowledge of credentialing software and MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment, reappointment and privileging processes for AdventHealth
• Maintain knowledge of Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules
• Serve as a resource on Bylaws issues to Medical Staff and hospital personnel
• Update Medical Staff database and distribute monthly updates
• Prepare monthly Medical Staff calendar and liaise between staff officers and medical staff
