Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Credentialing-Med Staff Services professional in Clearwater (Morton Plant) to manage credentialing, reappointment and privileging processes. You will coordinate functions across the Medical Staff Services department and serve as a liaison to medical and administrative staff.

The role includes overseeing Emergency Room call schedules, CME/orientation activities, OPPE/FPPE tasks, meeting support, and database management to ensure timely and accurate medical staff information

Qualifications

• HS graduate or GED with 5 years administrative support experience.
• HS graduate or GED with 3 years credentialing/medical staff office experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 6 months to 1 year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate functions within the Medical Staff Services department.
• Oversee credentialing/reappointment and privileging processes.
• Liaise with medical and administrative staff; disseminate medical staff information.
• Manage Emergency Room Call Schedules, CME and Orientation activities and maintenance, OPPE/FPPE activities, Meeting Support and Data Base Management.
