Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process requests for applications and evaluate eligibility for application receipt according to bylaws.
• Initiate information collection, verification, and documentation after a complete application.
• Enter or post requested privileges in database and maintain credentialing files.
• Provide follow-up support to practitioners and monitor reappointment processes.
• Prepare agendas for committee meetings, arrange logistics, attend meetings, and record minutes.
