In this role, you will collaborate with department leaders to plan goals, manage election processes, and liaise with hospital departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth credentialing operations.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements goals for medical staff in coordination with department leaders.
• Acts as liaison among Chief of Staff, medical staff, and hospital departments.
• Maintains and audits credentialing data and reports for surveys and accreditation bodies.
• Coordinates annual medical staff elections.
• Supports professional review and committee activities.
