Job summary

Adventist Health St. Helena is seeking a Certified Medical Staff Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, onsite role at our Saint Helena, California location. This position works 8-hour day shifts and is ideal for a dedicated professional with the required certification and a strong commitment to supporting medical staff services operations.

Acts as liaison between organization administration and the medical staff. Manages medical staff committees and supports medical staff leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent preferred.
• Associate’s/Technical degree or related experience preferred.
• Two years of experience in a medical staff services department or related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between administration and medical staff, supporting leadership.
• Maintains meeting documentation, minutes, and regulatory documents.
• Coordinates credentialing, privilege requests, and license/certification expirations.
• Maintains medical staff database, rosters, call schedules, and policies to regulatory standards.
• Supports FPPE processes and collaborates on privilege forms updates.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
