Destination Aesthetics, a partner of Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, is seeking a Front Desk / Patient Coordinator in Folsom, CA. You will greet patients, manage check-in, schedule appointments, and assist clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Previous medical experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve as the first point of contact for all patients.
• Support providers by ensuring chart documentation is complete and patient flow is smooth.
• Manage check-out, collect payments, apply rewards, and review visit summaries.
• Schedule appointments, answer calls, and conduct patient outreach.
• Educate patients on services, promotions, rewards, and financing options.
• Build strong patient relationships that promote loyalty and repeat visits.
• Contribute to re-engagement and retention strategies.
