Job summary

ScribeAmerica is seeking on-site Medical Scribes to work with physicians and document patient visits in real time. You will record histories, exams, and treatments, ensuring accurate and secure charting while supporting the clinical team.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM and good communication skills are required.
• Ability to follow HIPAA and clinic procedures during recordings.

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document interactions.
• Record patient history, exams and treatments in real time.
• Review and track lab and test results for accuracy.
• Keep patient charts up to date and secure per HIPAA.
• Support the healthcare team and organize documents for review.
