Job summary

ScribeAmerica is hiring medical scribes to document patient visits in real time, supporting physicians by recording history, exams, and treatments. You’ll work with doctors, use EHR systems, and help keep patient records accurate.

Positions are on-site with both full-time and part-time options. Paid training through Scribe University is provided, along with real-life clinical exposure, mentorship, and tuition discount opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Document patient history, exams and treatments during visits.
• Record information using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
• Assist with organization of documents for physician review and clinic flow.
