ScribeAmerica is hiring Medical Scribes to work with doctors in outpatient settings, documenting patient visits in real time. You will record history, exams, treatments, and lab results using EHR systems, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate charting.

No experience required—paid training through Scribe University. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with opportunities for growth and dedicated mentorship in a clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours.

Responsibilities

• Document patient visits in real time alongside doctors.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
