ScribeAmerica is seeking motivated individuals to join our on-site medical scribe team. You’ll document patient visits in real time, supporting doctors with accurate histories, exams, and test results while using EHR systems.

No prior experience is required; we provide paid training through Scribe University and opportunities for career growth, mentorship, and shadowing. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations may be required.
• Typing speed 40+ WPM.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for long periods.
• Access to a laptop for training (provided after training).

Aufgaben

• Document patient visits in real time with doctors.
• Record patient history, exams and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and keep records secure.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
• Send and organize documents for doctor review.
• Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups.
• Help keep the clinic running smoothly.
