Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED.
• BLS certification or within 30 days of hire.
• Friendly and professional with excellent bedside manner.
• Computer and typing skills: minimum 45 wpm.
• Full-time schedule with rotating weekends.
• Passion for helping others in outpatient care.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a team.
• Service-industry experience is a plus.
• Must commute to satellite offices.
• Bilingual language skills preferred by location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fast pace in outpatient facility for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Direct patient interaction: rooming, vitals, demographics, medical history.
• Document patient visits in EMR.
• Provide compassionate care.
• Assist physician with basic care and procedures.
• Communicate with patients, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Maintain a clean, courteous, professional environment.
• Assist with training and acclimation of new scribes.
