Community Health Care Inc is seeking a Medical Scribe to support a Primary Care Provider by documenting patient visits in the electronic health record accurately and promptly. This role helps reduce the provider’s documentation workload and supports efficient patient visits.

The scribe works under the provider’s direction, reviews documentation, and ensures entries are clear, complete, and authenticated by the provider.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Strong typing, listening, and written communication.
• Ability to document accurately while engaging with a patient-provider conversation.
• Proficiency with computers and learning EHR systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare charts and review schedules before visits.
• Document history, exam findings, assessment, and plan during visits.
• Enter information clearly using medical terminology and templates.
• Collaborate with care team and route follow-up needs.
