Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Ophthalmic Scribe for an onsite position in the San Antonio, TX area. You will document physician visits in the EMR, assist with instruments, and complete post-visit workups with patients.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate or Bachelor's degree and has at least 6 months of ophthalmic scribe experience in a clinic. Pay is $19.00 per hour with eligibility for listed benefits for a temporary role.

Qualifications

• Associate or B.S. degree mandatory.
• 6+ months ophthalmic scribe experience in clinic mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Document physician visits in the EMR system.
• Hands-on with instruments when requested by physician.
• Perform workups after doctor visits with patients.
• Communicate procedures and treatment plans to patients.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
