Job summary

Urologic Specialists of Oklahoma Inc in Tulsa is seeking an Established Patient Services – Scheduler. The role handles inbound calls, schedules appointments, and coordinates communication among patients, providers, and clinic staff.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and 6 months to 1 year in customer service, healthcare scheduling preferred. The schedule is M-Th 7:15 AM - 5:00 PM and Fri 7:15 AM –1:00 PM with additional days as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly with professional, courteous service.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments per guidelines.
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinic staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA.
• Navigate multiple computer systems to document information.
• Support daily clinic operations and process improvements.
