Job summary

CentraCare Health in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a scheduling assistant to support department scheduling, process physician orders, and assist in coordinating clinic activity to help care staff deliver patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year experience or equivalent knowledge/skills.
• Post high school secretarial training preferred.
• Typing 50 wpm.

• Working knowledge of computers and general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling support to department.
• Coordinate clinic activity through processing physician orders.
• Perform patient scheduling duties to support patient care staff.
