Palliative care is specialized medical care for people living with serious illness, focused on relieving symptoms, reducing stress, and improving quality of life for patients and their families. Our Palliative Care team works alongside a patient's existing medical team to provide an extra layer of support based on each patient's individual needs, priorities, and goals.
We are seeking a Palliative Care Team Assistant to support our outpatient Palliative Care Clinic and Advance Care Planning program. This position is based at the CentraCare Marketplace Palliative Care Clinic in Waite Park and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and coordinated experience for our patients, families, and care team.
This role combines patient access, scheduling, provider template management, and administrative support. The Team Assistant serves as a key point of coordination for the outpatient clinic, helping ensure patients are scheduled appropriately, provider schedules are accurate, and day-to-day clinic operations run smoothly.
