Responsibilities

• Verify insurance and pre-certification information as needed.
• Explain patient prep as needed.
• Complete reminder calls for future appointments.
• Ensure all necessary documentation has been completed and received.
• Comply with Springfield Clinic incident reporting policy and procedures.
• Adhere to OSHA training and Springfield Clinic requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold the clinic's Code of Conduct and Ethics Standards.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
