• Schedule medical tests and procedures for patients.
• Explain procedures and instructions to patients.
• Call patients to schedule procedures and provide instructions.
• Use Allscripts, Centricity Business, and online paging systems to retrieve information from hospital systems.
• Maintain confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.
• Exhibit friendly and helpful behaviour.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and standards of conduct.
• Comply with HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
