Job summary

Bozeman Health Medical Group seeks a Clinician Scheduling Specialist to develop, coordinate, and maintain provider schedules and templates in line with policy and patient demand. In this role you will work with medical providers, office managers, and the Supervisor to ensure scheduling integrity, manage provider time-off, and perform payroll for Medical Group providers.

The position requires an associate degree and 2 years of medical office scheduling experience; proficiency with EMR scheduling

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; education equivalence may be considered.
• Two years of medical office experience with scheduling responsibility.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling for provider time-off and vacations.
• Completes payroll for Medical Group providers.
• Adjusts EMR templates for approved time-off.
• Builds and manages provider call rotations.
• Trains providers to use the scheduling system.
• Prepares reports for the Medical Group.
