Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to complete appointment scheduling for patients, following physician-specific criteria based on appointment type and patient needs.
• Triage patient symptoms, questions, and concerns to schedule an appointment or elevate to a triage nurse if necessary.
• Complete patient registration in Allscripts.
• Triage and route patient messages to appropriate staff members clinic wide.
