Job Description: Medical Scheduler

Location: Plano, TX, 75024

Responsibilities

• Call patients to schedule a series of appointments
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy is maintained at all times
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operation of the scheduling process
