Performance Home Medical is expanding its North Houston, Texas market and seeks a Medical Sales Professional to cultivate relationships with medical practices, hospitals, sleep labs, and home health agencies. The role emphasizes patient advocacy, education of referral sources, and collaborative care to meet sales goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare sales, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in home medical equipment or respiratory services preferred.
• 3+ years of sales achieving goals in a relationship selling based field, healthcare/B2B/F2F preferred.
• Experience selling to sleep clinics, discharge planners, nursing facilities, home health agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with medical practices, discharge planners, respiratory departments, sleep labs, and home health agencies.
• Conduct daily sales calls and in-service trainings to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and implement sales plans based on market analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate patient care and improve customer experience.
• Educate referral sources on Performance Home Medical’s services and equipment.
