Job summary

Performance Home Medical is expanding into the Dallas, Texas market and seeks a passionate Medical Sales Professional (Account Representative) to build relationships with medical practices, sleep labs, and home health agencies.

You will conduct daily sales calls, deliver in-services, and educate providers on our HME and respiratory services. A BS/BA and 3+ years in healthcare sales are preferred, with willingness to travel and a drive to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in business, marketing, sciences, or healthcare.
• 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare, B2B, or field sales.
• Experience selling to sleep clinics, physician offices, hospital discharge planners, nursing facilities, or home health agencies.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and drive market growth.
• Experience with consultative and solution-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with medical practices, hospitals, sleep labs, home health agencies, and referral sources.
• Make daily sales calls and in-service trainings to achieve sales goals.
• Create and execute sales plans based on market analysis and data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate patient care and improve the customer experience.
• Educate referral sources on services and equipment, and act as patient advocate.
