Job summary

Performance Home Medical is growing its San Antonio market and seeking a Medical Sales Professional (Account Representative) to build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and home health partners. You will drive referrals, educate providers, and coordinate patient care to ensure outstanding service and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience in home medical equipment or respiratory services and a passion for helping patients.

Qualifications

Experience in home medical equipment (HME) or respiratory therapy services.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and drive market growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with medical practices, discharge planners, resp departments, nursing facilities, home health agencies, and sleep labs.
Conduct daily sales calls and in-service trainings to achieve sales goals.
Develop and implement sales plans based on market analysis.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate patient care and improve customer experience.
Educate referral sources on Performance Home Medical’s service and equipment.
Serve as patient advocate and hospital liaison.
Develop relationships with new referral sources.
Deliver oxygen equipment to patients and provide education on use and care of equipment.
Market disease management programs.
