Job summary

Performance Home Medical is expanding in the Houston Southeast, TX area and seeks a Medical Sales Professional to build strong relationships with medical practices and discharge planners. You’ll drive market growth through in-service trainings, plan development, and coordination with internal teams to improve patient care.

Applicants should have 3+ years in healthcare B2B sales, strong communication, and an ability to educate providers on our home medical equipment and respiratory services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales success in a relationship-based field, preferably healthcare.
• Experience selling to sleep clinics, physician offices, hospitals, and home health agencies is preferred.
• Understanding insurance guidelines to qualify physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with medical practices, hospital discharge planners, respiratory departments, nursing facilities, home health agencies, and sleep labs.
• Conduct daily sales calls and in-service trainings to achieve sales goals.
• Educate referral sources on services and equipment; act as patient advocate and hospital liaison.
• Deliver oxygen equipment to patients in hospital discharge and support billing documents.
