Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking professional and dedicated Account Executives to join our successful Sales team. Ideal candidates will have a background in respiratory services, durable medical equipment, home medical equipment, negative pressure therapy, or wound care sales.

As a Rotech sales professional, your responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers such as doctors, hospitals, sleep labs, wound clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agencies. You will also meet or exceed sales quotas, educate clients, and market our services and products to new prospects.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, lucrative commissions, bonuses, car and mileage reimbursement, a company cellular phone, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications
  • Background investigation (company-wide)
  • Drug screening (if applicable)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record (if applicable)
  • Compliance with healthcare credentialing, if required
Experience and Skills
  • Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience in respiratory or medical sales preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships within the healthcare community
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to interpret various forms of communication and handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Effective multi-tasking and attention to detail
Physical and Technical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry office equipment
  • Sitting, walking, standing, talking, and listening
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet research, and office equipment
