Qualifications

• Understanding of the intersection of poverty, homelessness, mental illness, substance use and recovery.
• Able to stay cool under pressure.
• Proficient at data entry with attention to accuracy.
• Able to multitask and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Shift report on medical respite participants.
• Maintain accountability of medical respite participants whereabouts.
• Safety checks/screenings of medical respite participants and their items.
• Specified cleaning duties.
• EVS coordination.
• Laundry coordination.
• Meal coordination.
• Staff and client support as needed.
• Maintain supply inventory.
• Coordinate medical respite participant appointment scheduling.
• Wellness checks (on trained days).
• Medical respite participant intake and orientation (trained days).
• Assessments for medical respite entry and exit (trained days).
• Connection to services (trained days).
• Other duties as assigned
