• Manage fax queues and download medical records to appropriate areas.
• Adhere to file naming conventions for medical records.
• Reconcile invoices and attach to Accounts Payable folders.
• Adhere to policies and procedures for medical record management.
• Assist with gathering data and preparing medical record reports.
• Ensure confidentiality and accessibility of each member's record.
• Notify Provider Delivery Services Department when providers are non-responsive.
