• Enter requests into a shared database for tracking.
• Request records by fax, phone, or vendor with turnaround times.
• Follow up to ensure timeliness for audits.
• Manage fax queues and download records to proper areas.
• Maintain correct file naming conventions.
• Reconcile invoices for copying services.
• Attach invoices to Accounts Payable as directed.
• Adhere to policies and procedures for records management.
• Assist in gathering data and preparing reports.
• Ensure records remain confidential and accessible.
• Notify Provider Delivery Services for non-responsive providers.
