Job summary

Arcadia LTC is seeking a Medical Records professional to create and retrieve patient records, assign record numbers, and ensure accurate filing and delivery of records. This role supports clinical teams by organizing documentation and maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Previous long-term care experience is preferred, with a commitment to quality and security
