• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain resident medical records.
• Ensure records are complete, properly filed, and accessible to staff with valid needs.
• Help with hiring, training, and evaluation of medical records staff.
• Prepare staffing schedules and maintain adequate coverage.
• Locate, deliver, and track medical records as required.
