Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities is seeking a Hospice Medical Records Specialist to assemble and distribute medical records and coordinate all record activity before and after service to ensure smooth information flow.
This full-time role mainly works in-office with potential for a hybrid schedule after training, 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday, in Minnesota.
The Hospice Medical Records Specialist will assemble and distribute medical records according to established procedures. This position is responsible for the successful coordination of all medical record activity pre- and post-service to ensure a smooth transition of information.
Hours: Full-time|Monday - Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm | This position will primarily work in-office and may be eligible to work a hybrid schedule after a successful training period to work remote 1 day a week.
