Responsibilities

• Obtain and review health records for next-day and same-day appointments.
• Filter labs, prescriptions, and patient information across multiple interfaces.
• Handle high-volume clinical tasks, calls, and in-person record requests.
• Scan and sort large volumes of incoming documents, faxes, and mail with accuracy.
• Review clinical history and release notes per medical record policies; follow up on requests older than 10 days.
• Monitor provider inbox and PAQs; report discrepancies and distribute tasks as needed.
• Follow up on pending patient diagnostics per referral policies; ensure referral status is completed.
• Use multiple software systems to obtain and complete patient records; update records; archive inactive charts.
