Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of clinical tasks, phone calls, and in-person record requests.
• Scan and sort large volumes of documents, faxes, and mail with attention to detail.
• Follow HIPAA and Sunset Health policies; ensure records accuracy and confidentiality.
