• Experience with medical records and computer systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain patient health records securely.
• Ensure records are accurate, accessible, and compliant with regulations.
• Respond to requests for records from patients, providers, attorneys, and insurers with proper authorization.
• Process ROI requests and monitor through third-party vendor for timely release.
• Assist with audits and data quality checks.
• Archive and merge electronic charts and schedule emergencies as needed.
