Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in the Health Information Management or related field required.
• Knowledge of regulatory agency standards including Joint Commission, State Department of Health, and HCFA required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Maintains accuracy of all client related charts
• Tracks deficiencies and keeps staff and supervisors informed
• Ensures all documentation is filed in a timely manner
• Completing record requests
