Responsibilities

• Locate, retrieve, scan and deliver medical records for patient care.
• Retrieve medical record documentation from electronic document management systems.
• Scan inpatient clinical documentation at point of care a minimum of three times per week.
• Access and verify patient record numbers in master patient index and chart-tracking systems.
• Meet departmental productivity standards and assist in special projects as needed.
