Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from Accredited Institute.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and MS-Office.
• Experience in Data Entry, Medical Records, Health Care or Insurance Claims.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must pass annual HIPAA examination.
• Must complete 90-day ROI Certification with 85%+.
• Vaccination requirements may apply depending on state and client policies.

Responsibilities

• Answer and conduct business on the telephone with 100% accuracy.
• Release of information related calls and inquiries promptly.
• Research and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or written correspondence.
• Document calls and resolutions in the software systems.
• Maintain policy compliance and confidentiality.
• Maintain professionalism and good rapport with coworkers and management.
• Communicate openly with others to address problems promptly.
• Attend mandatory trainings and maintain attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
