Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of facility software and medical records systems.
• Respond to patient record requests from internal and external sources.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls and assist with administrative duties as needed.
• Meet productivity expectations at the designated site.
